Look at those sweet socks and her lovely sleeves. This woman stands on the corner of Market and Union in Knoxville, across the street from modern-day
Reruns and
Coffee and Chocolate. The building in front of which she stands is now the site of an arch leading to Krutch park. (By the way, Krutch is pronounced Kroo-tch. Rhymes with hootch. Now you can sound like a real local.) I invite anyone to recreate this photo there, please. We can photoshop the buildings back in and celebrate the rebirth of our small urban center.
